Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or store credit.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dazeyhill.com within the 14-day window. Once we receive your request, we’ll follow up with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Please note the following:
• Your return request will remain valid for 7 days from the date it is made, even if the 14-day return period expires during this time.
• You will have 7 days to respond to our return instructions email. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, the return request will be closed and can only be reopened if the original 14-day return period has not yet passed.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or the return address. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all standard refunds to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit Returns:
Customers who choose to return their item(s) for store credit instead of a refund will not be charged a restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your return, the full amount for the eligible item(s) will be issued back to your account as store credit. You can use this credit to purchase any item on our website at any time.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Only items that meet our eligibility criteria will be approved for a refund or store credit.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are free of charge and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following:
• Your exchange request will remain valid for 7 days from the date it is made, even if the 14-day return period expires during this time.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or a return address. You must send the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. The new item will only be shipped after the original item has passed inspection.
Exchanges are limited to products purchased directly from our website and must be for a different size or color of the same style.
Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit:
• Items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with all original tags intact, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
All accessories and all shoes are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@dazeyhill.com so we can promptly resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without providing justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
