Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


To initiate a return, please email info@dazeyhill.com within the 30-day window. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address or a prepaid return label.


Please note that returns must not be sent to our business address. All approved returns are processed through our fulfillment partners, and return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

 


 

Store Credit


Once your return is received and inspected, the eligible item amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.


Store credit is issued for the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the issued store credit.



 

Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return:


• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required


Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Shoes

Damages or Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@dazeyhill.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


To initiate a return, customers must contact info@dazeyhill.com within the 14-day period. Once the return request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.


Please note that a $7.99 USD return processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
