Order Processing & Confirmation

 

 

  1. Once your order is completed and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number.

  2. Orders require 1–3 business days to be processed and prepared at our warehouse before they are shipped.

  3. As soon as your order has been shipped, a follow-up email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

 

 


 

 

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

 

 

  1. All orders are expected to be delivered within their estimated time of arrival. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary.

  2. Weather conditions, customs inspections, flight delays, and carrier-related issues may impact delivery times.

  3. For real-time updates, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

 


If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@dazeyhill.com so our team can assist you.

 


 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

 

 

  1. If your package is lost in transit, delayed due to weather, or marked as unable to be delivered by the carrier, you may contact us immediately for assistance.

  2. Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to:

     

    • Attempt to reroute the package to the correct address if possible

    • Determine whether the order is experiencing a carrier delay

     

  3. If the Postal Service confirms that the package is lost or cannot be delivered, our team will issue a replacement order immediately at no additional cost to you.

 

 


 

 

Delivered But Not Received

 


If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@dazeyhill.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

 


 

 

Return Window & Post-Delivery Support

 

 

  1. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding missing items, incorrect items, or to request a return.

  2. After the 14-day window has passed, customers may still reach out for order-related assistance for up to 90 days from the delivery date.

 

 


 

 

No Cancellation Policy

 


Please note that we have a strict no-cancellation policy.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as processing begins immediately.


This also means:

 

  • If an order is delayed or lost due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or transit disruptions, we will issue a replacement, not a refund.

  • Replacements will be shipped as soon as the carrier confirms that the original order cannot be delivered.
